Basic Life Support First Aid Courses
The 4-hour Basic Life Supprt first aid course covers
- Dealing with incidents
- Calling for help
- Treatment of the unconscious casualty
- CPR techniques
- Dealing with bleeding
The successful participants (which we expect will be everybody!) will receive a “Basic Life Support” certificate, accredited Active Aid. The course provides a basic introduction to simple first aid, and is designed to provide some reassurance in case you are ever faced with a minor emergency in or around the home.
Course Duration & Cost
This is a half day or evening course, with dates throughout the year.
The cost is £40 per person, with discounts available for group bookings. All public access courses take place within 30mins of Manchester.
Closed group bookings cost £350 for a group of up to twelve people, plus mileage from Greater Manchester. Available upon request at your workplace, club or suitable location.
